Help make the guide useful to fisheries managers while preserving the qualifications in the science.
For a new finding, explain the management question, what the research found, why it matters, and what remains uncertain. Identify a public paper or meeting report and the relevant page or paragraph.
For a meeting update, give the date, what was discussed, and whether the wording is a proposal, a draft or an agreed conclusion. Include conditions or disagreement that affect interpretation.
